Opening in 2027, the Island Culture & Arts Platform will serve as the main venue for the inaugural Island Biennale.
It will be a place where works by artists from around the world gather to capture the phenomena of our time.
It is the platform where various programs, including the opening ceremony, will be held.
“Moving Gallery,” it symbolizes movement and change and will be created as a special space connecting island to island, person to person, and past to future.

Old buildings, vacant houses, and warehouses on Wonsando will be reborn as spaces for artistic experimentation and interpretation.
Here, a variety of works that reward focused viewing—including site-specific installations, video, animation, and sound art—will be exhibited.
Visitors can follow the time and memories embedded in these spaces, and experience in depth the stories of Wonsando reborn through art.

It's an outdoor exhibition space unfolding along the coast of Wonsando. Starting at the main venue, visitors can encounter works while walking along the coastal trail, naturally experiencing art within the island’s scenery.
In this space that flows like the wind, sculpture, public art, and performance will come together to offer a new perspective on the island’s beautiful nature and historical traces. With each step, visitors will encounter special moments where the island and art meet.

“Moving Mind” is an exhibition unfolding where Godaedo’s beautiful natural environment meets deep historical narratives. Here, the village’s deep-rooted beliefs about Karl Gützlaff intersect with art, transforming into a new stage for expression. Through works of sculpture, installation, and public art, the island’s stories meet art. As visitors move along, they can experience Godaedo’s landscapes and memories from a new perspective.
